Grecia Garza-Castillo, GG to nearly everyone, works out of Allie Beth Allman & Associates on Oak Lawn Avenue and leads GGDALLAS Real Estate Group. She has been licensed in Texas since 2012, and her closings map the parts of Dallas that trade on reputation: Highland Park and University Park, Preston Hollow and Bluffview, Uptown, and the M Streets in East Dallas.
She came to real estate from a pre med path. A TCU graduate in neuroscience, psychology and Spanish, she took her licence months after graduation and never went back. The daughter of immigrant parents who ran their own business, she credits them for the standard she holds herself to: if you are going to do something, do it right.
Her work has been recognized with D Magazine’s Best Real Estate Agents list in 2020, 2021 and 2022, a Latino Business Award finalist nod in 2016 and 2017, and a feature on GGDALLAS Real Estate Group in the April 2026 issue of Modern Luxury Dallas. Away from work she volunteers with the Junior League of Dallas and The Warren Center, serves on the board of the Dallas TCU Alumni Association and on the board of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at TCU’s Neeley School of Business, and sits on the communications committee for DIFFA Dallas.
